YouTube is currently testing a new feature that could change how users interact with Shorts. This test introduces a "Save" button in the Shorts player, making it easier for viewers to bookmark their favorite clips and return to them later. To accommodate this change, YouTube is shifting the "Dislike" button from its prominent spot in the main UI to the three-dot menu. In a statement, YouTube explained the reasoning behind the change:   “We're experimenting with a 'Save' button in the Shorts player to help viewers bookmark Shorts they enjoy or want to watch later. If you're part of the test group, you'll see the 'Save' icon, which allows you to save Shorts to a new or existing playlist. To make space for this button, we've rearranged the Shorts player menu, moving the 'Dislike' button to the 3-dot menu.
